SnapNSell ("the Service", "we", "us") is a free, independently operated web tool that uses artificial intelligence to identify items from uploaded photographs and retrieve pricing data from eBay. It is intended to help individuals make more informed decisions when buying items to resell.

Pricing Estimates — Important Disclaimer

All price estimates are generated automatically using AI analysis and publicly available eBay listing data. They are indicative only and may be inaccurate for a number of reasons, including but not limited to:

• Incorrect item identification from the uploaded image.
• eBay search results that do not accurately reflect comparable items.
• Market fluctuations that occur after data is retrieved.
• Condition assessments that differ from the actual item condition.
• Regional price differences between UK and international markets.
• Rare, unusual, or highly specialised items that fall outside the model's training.

Uploaded Images

When you upload an image to SnapNSell:

• The image is processed temporarily to generate an analysis and is not permanently stored on our servers.
• The image may be transmitted to third-party AI providers (OpenAI) for processing, subject to their own privacy policies.
• You retain ownership of any images you upload.
• By uploading an image you confirm you have the right to do so and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.
• Do not upload images containing personal or sensitive information about yourself or others.

Pricing data displayed by SnapNSell is sourced from eBay's public API and reflects listings available at the time of the search. SnapNSell is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected to eBay Inc. or any of its subsidiaries.

eBay listing data is subject to eBay's own terms of service. Prices shown represent active or recent listings and do not constitute a guaranteed sale price.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SnapNSell and its operator shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Service — including but not limited to financial losses resulting from reliance on pricing estimates.
